The Ladies

Last updated: 12/13/04

All our Senior does that have been AGS classified have their scores posted here with their picture. We publish all does' scores whether great or just good. We believe that buyers are entitled to as much information about our animals as we can possibly share. We will be happy to share more details of each does scores upon request. We believe that our goats are made up of more than just their final score and official classification can be an excellent tool in your breeding program rather than just an advertising tool. We do not use HES since we prefer an "official" record that will follow the animal in subsequent generations

MCH PIDDLIN ACRES Doe C Doe(E)
DOB: 3/92   20 1/4"
AGS classification score 93.8

3 X GCH 6 X RGCH

Sire: Piddlin Acres Gremlin
Dam: Piddlin Acres Dark Victory
On Aug 31, 2004, our beloved old girl passed away at the ripe old age of 12 1/2.

She will always hold a special place in our heart, being the first goat we bred to receive her MCH status.  Doe C taught us many things during our years of raising goats. One of which, was to appreciate longevity. Her udder was as high and well attached her last freshening as it was as 3 yr old. Not a trait that you see very often. THAT is something we will continue to strive for.
She will be greatly missed.

FAR N BEST SUZUKI *D vg
dob.
1/92    22"
AGS classification score 88.4

2 X GCH 1 X RGCH

Sire:Far n best Bullet
Dam: Willow Charade

Suzuki is one of our farm favorites. She has, even as a 10 yr old, one of the highest rear udders we have seen. She has qualified for her star based on progeny (3 daughters got their stars). Her offspring have done extremely well in the show ring, the milk pail and in other breeding programs.(sons)  She is a very strong willed doe, who in spite of a serious injury 4 years ago while heavy bred, went on to successfully kid and raise her daughter, even tho the injury has left her permanently lame.

We really dread the day in the not too distant future that she leaves us.

Bred to Voyager   Due Dec,  2003

No reservations will be taken till she freshens. Any does will be retained.

 PIDDLIN ACRES MAE WEST 'VG'

dob 12/94

Sire: MCH GPZ Ali's Tex +S      Dam: Far n Best Suzuki *D  VG

We are thrilled to be able to add another Suzuki daughter back to our herd this year. Like so many of our does,  Mae continues to improve with age. She is incredibly deep bodied with tremendous width throughout. She HATES having her picture taken and doesn't like to  cooperate in the show ring, so we will let her live out her days here as a brood doe. Her maternal line consistently does well in the show ring and the mammary systems are some of our best. These photos are taken as an 8 1/2  yr old. We'll try to make another attempt at photos as the shadows were horrible.

bred to Viagra, for Feb. 2004

PIDDLIN ACRES TEX'S PINATA *D

AGS classification score 87.9 (VG)

Sire:MCH GPZ ALI'S TEX
Dam: Piddlin Acres ALAMO FIESTA

2XGCH sr doe      2X RGCH sr doe
Pinata is a flashy, uphill, sharp and angular doe. She has great dairy character and a wonderful easy to milk udder. She has qualified for her milking star . She does not have the attitude for the show ring, so we let her stay home and be the family milk supply and baby raiser<G>
Well Pinata is trying to mend her evil ways....we took her to a couple of  shows this past fall and she actually behaved. And then topped it off by going Grand twice and Res twice!

We are Quite pleased with how her udder is holding up and her feet and legs are wonderful.
bred to Voyager for late April 2004

MCH PIDDLIN ACRES NEON MOON *D 'E' 90.6
DOB:3/97   21 5/8"   Polled

Sire:PIDDLIN ACRES NEON DEION
Dam: PIDDLIN ACRES MIDNIGHT STAR 'E'

3 X GCH Sr. Doe, 3 X Best Udder and 2X best in show
Neon finally got out of the barn and into the show ring as a 4yr old. She finished her show career on the same lactation, going grand 3 times during that 6 month period.  She is extremely open ribbed, VERY angular and her udder has a wide wide area of attachment. Shown here at 70 days fresh, she has plenty of capacity as well.

In June 2001, in Springfield, MO. Neon had a shining show day, winning both Sr doe shows and best udder.

will be Bred to

Voyager for May 2004

PIDDLIN ACRES BLACK CLOUD *D VG 87.6

DOB 12/97   21"

Sire: MCH Piddlin Acres Blue Thunder VG *+S       Dam: Piddlin Acres Dark Skies

as a first freshener         and as a third freshener

I consider Cloud one of my top brood does. Her kids are consistantly nice. Cloud gained too much capacity after her first freshening and her attachment just didn't hold up as you can see. None of her daughters have had attachment problems. Her confirmation is solid and milk production is high. (she even sustained a 17 month lactation<due to a rather persistant doe kid and a strong will to milk<G>

Cloud is the dam of Charmin and Mirage and Granddam to Paprika.

PIDDLIN ACRES BLUE MOONSHADOW 'E' 90.4
DOB: 3/98    20"

Sire:MCH/PGCH Piddlin Acres Blue Thunder (VG)
Dam: Piddlin Acres Neon Moon

This chocolate and white blue-eyed doe is a lovely improvement over her dam in strength of bone while remaining very feminine. She is a very sharp, angular doe with thin dairy skin and nice open ribbing. Her udder was beautifully-shaped and quite capacious for her size .

Will be bred to Viagra for 2004  Buck/Doe twins available  dob 3/16

Sire: MCH Goodwood Wiesbaden 'E'          Dam: Woodhaven Farms Moondancer 'E'

This picture doesn't begin to show all that this little blue eyed beauty is. Although she is quite small, she is extremely balanced and smoothly blended and very dairy. So far, she is showing me a lovely blend of both her parents.

Sire: Piddlin Acres Shortchange    Dam: Piddlin Acres Symphony

1x RGCH Jr.

dob: 4/4/01

We just love Bobby! She was a bottle raised kid and is super sweet but she is much more than just a sweetheart. Much like her dam in dairy character, levelness of rump and angulation throughout.  Bobby placed 3rd in a class of 20 at the 2002 AGS National show.

PIDDLIN ACRES SC KUCHA

Sire: MCH Goodwood Wiesbaden E    Dam: Piddlin Acres Pandoras Box

Paprika has been an extremely consistent little girl for us in the show ring. We didn't start showing her till May and she has been consistently in the top of her class at every show  since then. She topped it off by being named the RGCH jr doe at the 2002 AGS National Show.  She  got her Jr leg  at the Cibolo Classic show in March 2003. Paprika is the littermate to our buck, Cayenne Pepper.

We were sooooo happy when our old lady Suzuki presented us with this little beauty. She's been in the bridesmaid spot on many occasions  and finally behaved long enough to get her Jr leg in March 2003.....We'll have her back in the showring in the spring after she kids.

Sire: Piddlin Acres SC Maestro    Dam: Far N Best Suzuki *D VG

3x 1st, 1x2nd,1x 4th     1xRGCH jr doe.   1x GCH jr doe 1X GCH Sr Doe

This lovely little girl is the most recent daughter from our old lady Suzuki. She  went to her first show and came away with 2 blue ribbons in large classes!  She went to the 2003 AGS Nationals and came away with Res. Jr doe honors behind her herdmate, Mirage. We are anxious to see her mature. She makes the 3rd Suzuki daughter we have in the herd. Its a line we really think a lot of in terms of dairy character and mammary system consistency.

Will be bred to Ransom for fall 2004

Shanghai kidded with a single buck kid on Sept 4, 2004. He is available.
