Shipping Information

A $50 deposit will hold the reservation on the kid of your choice.
$100 non refundable deposit will hold the animal (if already born) for one month
while shipping arrangements and payments are worked out, with shipping costs,(ie. health certificates and tests), the responsibility of the buyer. Health certificates with no additional tests are $35. All shipping costs and animals must be paid for before shipping. We do not currently charge a fee for transport to the airport. Buck kids need to be shipped or picked up by 8 weeks of age.

We prefer you send us your own kennel to ship in or you can send us the money and we will purchase one locally for you. 

We ship from DFW International Airport (usually with American or Delta cargo) and do not normally use Pet Air , since we feel we can save you money on shipping by making the arrangements ourselves. We will, however, ship with any carrier or method that is requested by the buyer as long as the health of the animal is kept foremost. Currently, the cost to ship just about anywhere in the country is approx. $250 for an animal (animal and kennel combined weight) under 50lbs. Sometimes less if we can ship in a small kennel via Cargo service.

 

*****We just received the results back on our 16th  WHOLE herd CAE tests.(Oct 2010) All Negative! Our herd has been tested negative for all the years we have done testing. We don't do 'random samplings' like some, we test EVERY breeding age animal, every year.*

*****The year,2008, we also did Johnes testing of our herd and of  course, all were negative**** thisis not something that we will do regularly, as it's not an issue for us, but to ease the minds of some that take stock in that testing, we accomodated .
